Every employee
of Schneider Heating Inc., undergoes regular training. Our sales
staff attend manufacturer training and customer-oriented sales
training. Our installers and servicemen also attend
manufacturer's seminars. But they also have on-going in-house
training on the latest in installation and service techniques,
as well as the ever-changing rules and regulations that need to
be followed.
After every
installation or service call, we follow up by telephone to make
sure the customer is completely satisfied. If not, we do
whatever it takes to remedy the situation. We also ask for
written comments on a survey form and then post them for all to
see at our corporate headquarters on Pillow Street in Butler.
